This document is a legal agreement between Office by the Hill ("the Office") and you. By accessing or using any of the Office's services, products, websites, or applications (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Limited rights to use of space

I understand that my use of the Office may, in rare circumstances, be disrupted. This may include but is not limited to (i) the offering of events or Services on the premises that are not included in the standard membership and may require additional fees to attend or use and (ii) the need to move to another work area and under rare circumstances to vacate the premises entirely.

2. IT & Cybersecurity

2.1 You agree not to use the Office's network for unlawful or malicious activities, such as hacking, phishing, spamming, or distributing malware. You also agree to protect your devices and credentials from unauthorized access while using the Office.

2.2 You agree not to interfere with or damage any networking equipment or security apparatus installed or operated by us or our service providers on the premise.

2.3 You may not use the Office's services for mining cryptocurrency or any other activity that consumes excessive bandwidth, electricity, or computing resources. You also agree to comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions while using the Office.

3. Facility access

3.1 You must not share your smart card with anyone else, including other members or guests.

3.2 You must immediately report any loss, theft, or damage of your smart card or physical key to the Office staff.

3.3 You acknowledge that sharing your access credentials may compromise the security and privacy of the Office and its Members and may result in legal action against you.

4. Terms of payment

4.1 Membership fee is due on the last day of your billing cycle. Payments received more than three days after your due date will incur a late fee of 200 THB, and Members with outstanding membership fees or late fees will be denied access to the Office and its services until the said payments are up to date.

5. Indemnification and limited liability

I AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE OFFICE OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings, including but not limited to laptop computers, cell phones, clothing, bags, wallets, or books.

6. Final provisions

The rights and obligations not specified herein shall be governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be settled in compliance with Thai law.
