House Rules

Office by the Hill is a community space, not a serviced office.

  1. Be friendly and respectful to other members and guests.
  2. Clean up after yourself and help keep our community clean.
  3. Do not smoke (e-cigarettes and marijuana included) indoors. You may smoke on the patio bench in front of the office, away from other members.
  4. Please lower your voice and speak softly in the open desk area. Use headphones for media consumption (unless no one's around!)
  5. If you're being too loud for more than 2 minutes, other members or staff can ask you to lower your voice or move to the kitchen.
  6. Thailand has a hot climate, so please be mindful of your hygiene.
  7. And because it's ... Thailand. Please don't eat smelly food in the open desk area or store it in our fridge.
  8. Stay hydrated.
